HISTORY

The Panoz Esperante GTLM – Elan is a car that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2006.

The British Team LNT team with Lawrence Tomlinson, Richard Dean and Tom Kimber-Smith at the wheel of the Panoz Esperante GTLM – Elan n.81 finished fifteenth at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2006 with a gap of fifty-nine laps to winner and won the class GT2.

The French Pescarolo Sport team with Emmanuel Collard, Nicolas Minassian and Eric Comas at the wheel of the Pescarolo – Judd C60-H n.16 finished fifth at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2006. The race won by Audi R10 TDI n.8 of Frank Biella , Emanuele Pirro and Marco Werner with a gap of four laps, in second place Eric Helary, Sebastien Loeb and Franck Montagny at the wheel of the Pescarolo – Judd C60-H n.17, while third position Tom Kristensen, Allan McNish, Rinaldo Capello with the Audi R10 TDI n.7.
