HISTORY

The Williams – Renault FW14B is the car that dominated the Formula One World Championship in 1992. After the World Cup lost by Mansell in 1991 against the McLaren MP4/6 of Senna, Frank Williams entrusted the project of the new car to the neophy Adrian Newey with the control of the trusted Patrick Head. The FW14B was an update of the FW14, with electronic solutions like traction control, ABS and active suspension that made the car very fast.

Riccardo Patrese at the wheel of Williams – Renault FW14B n.6 arrived second in the Formula 1 World Championship in 1992, with one victory in season.
