The Ferrari SF1000 is a car that participated at the Formula 1 World Champion in 2020. The Italian team with Sebastian Vettel at the wheel of the Ferrari SF1000 n.5 finished thirteenth in the Formula 1 World Champion 2020 with one podium and thirty three points in season. The German driver obtained the best result in the Grand Prix of Turkey at Istanbul Circuit with a third place.
The championship was won by the Mercedes W11 n.44 of Lewis Hamilton
