The Acura ARX-06 is a prototype that participated at the 12 Hours of Sebring 2024.

The American Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti team with Jordan Taylor, Colton Herta and Louis Deletraz at the wheel of the Acura ARX-06 n.40 winner the 12 Hours of Sebring 2024, making three hundred and thirty-three laps. In second place the Cadillac V-Series.R n.01 of Cadillac Racing with Roger Van der Zande, Scott Dixon and Sebastien Bourdais with a gap of less second to winners, while in third position the Porsche 963 n.7 of Porsche Penske Motorsports with Dane Cameron, Matt Campbell and Felipe Nasr with a gap of nine second to winners.
