The British PC Automotive team with Olindo Iacobelli, John Graham and Alain Ianetta at the wheel of the Argo JM19C – Cosworth n.191 did not finish in the 24 hours of Le Mans 1988, due to electrics problem after one hundred thirty laps. The race was winner Jaguar XJR-9 n.2 with Jan Lammers, Andy Wallace and Johnny Dumfries, in second place the Porsche 962C n.17 with Derek Bell, Hans-Joachim Stuck and Klaus Ludwig, while in third position the Porsche 962C n.8 with Frank Jelinski, Stanley Dickens, John Winter.
