The Ferrari 512 M is a car that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1971. The Belgian Ecurie Francorchamps team whit Hughes De Fierlandt and Alain De Cadenet at the wheel of the Ferrari 512 M n.9 did not finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1971 due to the transmission breakdown after covering two hundred thirty-five laps.

The race was won by Porsche 917 K n.22 of Gijs Van Lennep and Helmut Marko, second Richard Attwood, Herbert Muller whit the Porsche 917 K n.19, while third Sam Posey, Tony Adamowicz whit the Ferrari 512 M n.12.
