HISTORY

The Ferrari F40 GTE is a car that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1995. The Italian Ennea SRL team with Anders Olofsson, Luciano Della Noce and Tetsuya Ota at the wheel of the Ferrari F40 GTE n.40 did not finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1995 due to the transmission breakdown after driving forty-two laps. The race won of Yannik Dalmas, Jyrki Jarvi Lehto, Masanori Sekiya with the McLaren F1 GTR-BMW n.59, in second place the Courage C34 n.13 whit Bob Wollek, Mario Andretti and Eric Helary, while in third place came the McLaren F1 GTR-BMW n.51 of Derek Bell, Justin Bell and Andy Wallace.
