HISTORY

The Oreca 07 is a car that participated at the 24 hours of Le Mans 2023. The car was used in the LMP2 class. The prototype was designed by David Floury.

The Swiss Cool Racing Team with Reshad De Gerus, Vladislav Lomko and Simon Pagenaud at the wheel of the Oreca 07 – Gibson n.47 did not finish at the 24 hours of Le Mans 2023, due to accident after one hundred fifty-eight laps. The class LMP2 won by another car of Polish team with Jakob Smiechowski, Albert Costa and Fabio Scherer at the wheel of the Oreca 07 – Gibson n.34.

The race won by Ferrari 499P n.51 with James Calado, Alessandro Pier Guidi and Antonio Giovinazzi, in second place the Toyota GR010 Hybrid n.8 with Brandon Hartley, Sébastien Buemi and Ryo Hirakawa with a gap of other one minute, while in third position the Cadillac V-Series.R n.2 with Alex Lynn, Earl Bamber and Richard Westbrook with a gap of one lap.
