HISTORY

The Oreca 07 is a car that participated at the 24 hours of Le Mans 2024. The car was used in the LMP2 class. For the 2024 season, LMP2 cars will not be able to race in the WEC championship but will be able to participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The French Panis Racing Team with Rodrigo Sales, Mathias Beche and Scott Huffaker at the wheel of the Oreca 07 – Gibson n.65 finished twenty-third at the 24 hours of Le Mans 2024, with a gap of eighteen laps to winner race.

The race was won by Antonio Fuoco, Niklas Nielsen, Miguel Molina at the wheel of the Ferrari 499P n.50, nn the second place the Toyota GR010 Hybrid n.7 with Kamuy Kobayashi, Nyck De Vries and Jose Maria Lopez with a gap of fourteen seconds, while in third position James Calado, Alessandro Pier Guidi and Antonio Giovinazzi at the wheel of the Ferrari 499P n.51.
