HISTORY
The Panoz LMP-1 Roadstar S is a car that took part in the 2000 24 Hours of Le Mans. The prototype was designed by Andy Thorby.
The Japanese TV Asahi Team Dragon team with Keiichi Tsuchiya, Akira Iida and Masahiko Kondo at the wheel of the Panoz LMP-1 Roadstar S n.22 finished eighth at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2000 with a gap of thirty-eight laps to winner.
The race won by Audi R8 n.8 with Frank Biella, Tom Kristensen and Emanuele Pirro while second Laurent Aiello, Stephane Ortelli and Allan McNish with the Audi R8 n.9, while in third position the Audi R8 n.7 with Christian Abt, Michele Alboreto and Rinaldo Capello.
