HISTORY
The Peugeot 908 HDI FAP is the prototype deployed by the french manufacturer at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2009. After the victory of the Bentley EXP Speed 8 in 2003, Peugeot decides to present in 2007 a prototype coupe with a very aerodynamic line fluid powered by a diesel aspirated engine. The 2008 defeat led Peugeot to focus on mechanical reliability to focus on the french race.
