HISTORY

The German Kremer Racing team with Jean-Pierre Jarier, Mike Thackwell and Franz Konrad at the wheel of the Porsche 962C n.11 finished ninth at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1985 with a gap of eighteen laps to winner. The race was won by Porsche 956B n.7 of Ludwig, Barilla and Winter deployed by the Joest Racing team winners of the race. In second place the Porsche 956 GTI n.14 with Jonathan Palmer, James Weaver, Richard Lloyd, while in third position the Porsche 962C n.2 with Derek Bell and Hans Joachim Stuck.
