HISTORY

The French Larbre Compétition team with Jean-Pierre Jarier, Sebastien Bourdais and Pierre de Thoisy at the wheel of the Porsche 993 GT2 n.67 did not finish in the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1999 due to broken engine after one hundred thirty-four laps.

The race was won by Pierluigi Martini, Yannik Dalmas, Joachim Winkelhock with the BMW V12 LMR n.15, second Ukyo Katayama, Toshio Suzuki, Kelichi Tsuchiya with the Toyota GT-One n.3 while third Emanuele Pirro, Frank Biella, Didier Theys with the Audi R8R n.8.
