HISTORY
The Riley & Scott MKIII is a car that took part in the 24 Hours of Daytona 1996. The prototype was designed by Bill and Bob Riley.
The American Doyle Racing team with Wayne Taylor, Scott Sharp and Jim Pace at the wheel of the Riley & Scott MKIII – Oldsmobile n.4 winner the 24 Hours of Daytona 1996.
In second place finished the Ferrari 333 SP n.30 of the Team Momo Corse with Giampiero Moretti, Bob Wollek, Max Papis and Didier Theys with a gap of few second, while in third position the Kudzu DLM – Mazda n.4 of the Downing/Atlanta Racing with Tom McAdam, Barry Waddell, Butch Hamlet and Jim Downing with a gap of forty-eight laps.
