HISTORY
The Toyota 92C-V is the prototype that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1992. The car was designed by Dome for the Cat. 2 class. The Japanese team Toyota Team Tom’s with Eddie Irvine, Roland Ratzenberger and Eje Elgh at the wheel of the Toyota 92C-V n.34 finished ninth at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1992 with a gap thirty-one laps of the winning car the Peugeot 905 n.1 with Mark Blundell, Yannik Dalmas and David Warwick.
Masanori Sekiya, Pierre-Henry Raphanel and Kenneth Acheson with the Toyota TS010 n.33 finished in second place while in third place the other Peugeot 905 n.2 with Mauro Baldi, Philippe Alliot and Jean-Pierre Jabouille.
